I am very pleased to announce the next ISROMAC 16 Conference, devoted to all topics related to rotating machinery and rotating flows. The conference will be structured for the first time in 36
forums that will address specific scientific issues.

Full papers and presentation-only will be both welcome. A thorough review process will be conducted to assess the quality of the full papers, and the best ones will be
published in three special issues of the European J. of Mechanics/B, the Journal of Fluids Engineering, and the J. of Turbomachinery.
The conference will be organized at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, in front of the pacific ocean and Waikiki beach. My primary goal is to generate rich scientific discussions
devoted to exciting current issues, as well as opportunities to enjoy the sea and discover the Hawaiian culture!
